I will let pictures and video tell this story today, enjoy!
A few screen shots from the video:
I'm very VERY pleased!! He picked up on it quickly, and showed great form over the fences. He also seemed to really enjoy it once he figured out what to do and was going over the jump with little to no encouragement from me :) I couldn't be happier!
Greetings all, my name is Emily and I'm a small town, country gal who is proud to call the Rocky Mountains home. I've loved horses for as long as I can remember and Eventing is the name of my game. I can't imagine life without them, nor my little girl who is the light of my life. As a working Mom it's not always easy to balance it all with my horse habit, but somehow I find a way. Follow me on my horsey (and other) adventures which will hopefully lead to my first CCI* Eventing competition. Cheers!
Call Me Mr Cash
The newest addition as of Janruary 2012 is Mr Cash, an OTTB gelding I found and brought home shortly after coming off the track just a few months prior. I am now working on retraining him for a new career in the sport of three day eventing. Chronicled here will be our progress!
Pie In The Sky
Mr. Pie, who was my trusty steed for many years, now a 20 year old off the track thoroughbred. We both put up with each other for many loveable years! He is now happily retired and living with a family who loves him in SW colorado
